The location is quite good. Around 2-3 minute walk from the train station. There is also a convenience store across the street. Check-in procedure was easy if you read and understand the instructions carefully. The room was quite nice. It was clean and all the basic things I need were provided. The size of the room is okay for solo travelers. However, I could see how it can be small for 2 people. Also, I was traveling light sand i barely had any bags so the space was not a problem. But if you have huge luggages space can be a problem. Overall, it's perfect for its price.

We have a great time staying here. Near 7/11. Very clean room. Worth the price. And it’s near the station just 5 minutes walk. The cons is just that it’s far away from tourists spot. You have to transfer stations and metro to get to Dotonbori.

I can say that the hotel is super easy to understand, both checkin or checkout is very simple, in addition to the instructions for cleaning staff.
I was very sure to leave my belongings at the time I was not in Osaka.
