The location is very quiet, peaceful and parking is open and not crowded.
The main room has no ac unit, however leaving both ac units on with fan helps cooling main room.

Very clean very nice. One regret could not get the sound to work in the living room had to use the bunk room. To watch TV. But maybe it was us using a smart TV but the one in the room was a smart TV. But again they had everything we needed and a great location as we stayed at the seahorse up the street last year. Seemed like a huge upgrade even nice sheets. Unfortunately the visit was to attend my brother's funeral. The place was everything we needed.
