Welcome to Villa Roccia d'Oro in Porto San Paolo, a 130 m² villa accommodating up to 7 guests. The property features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy private air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. For families with young children, a cot and high chair are available. Built in traditional Sardinian style with local materials like granite and juniper, the villa is surrounded by centuries-old trees and a beautiful palm in the park.
Outside, relax in the private garden filled with Mediterranean plants and flowers. The outdoor pool offers sea and mountain views, just steps from the living room’s large glass doors. There are two open terraces, a covered terrace, and a private balcony. The outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue, pizza oven, and bread oven—perfect for memorable evenings. Children can enjoy a shared playground.
Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Up to 2 small pets are welcome. Beach towels are provided. Events are not permitted.
