Set within a charming early-1900s building and surrounded by boutique cafés, stylish restaurants, design shops, art galleries, and wine cellars.

The kitchen is contemporary, chic and well-equipped with high end appliances, which include
-refrigerator,
-microwave,
-electricity stove,
-cattle,
-oven,
-coffee machine,
-dishwasher
-basic ingredients for cooking,
-plates, forks, spoons, knives etc

It has one living room and three bedrooms. Up to nine people can comfortably accommodate.
-After 18:00 please kindly do not make noise, there are many neighbors living permanently in this building.
-We should register our guests passport informations in to the police identification system. This is the same procedure while you are checking-in to a hotel in Turkey. This is an obligation for all accommodation places. We have to get your passport details.
It is mandatory to enter your passport informations to the Police Identification System.
-Smoking is allowed only in the balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the flat.
-Party is not allowed.
-For stays longer than 10 days tenant pays the natural gas (İgdaş), electricty (CK Boğaziçi) and water (İSKİ) invoices.
We do this to protect our world and prevent global warming. If we do not do this, people are turning on the air conditioner's Cooling while the heaters are on, or they are opening the windows while the air conditioner's Cooling is on. These are all examples of wrong consumption. We are trying to prevent this wrong consumption.
-Before and after the stay, electricity, water and natural gas meters are read and recorded, and the usage fee is collected according to government index.
