Host was very accommodating, made us feel very welcome and helped out in every way possible - to the extent he even gave me his personal sim card with data to use during my stay! He also showed me the best way to get to any destination. The hotel location was spot on with the tram access around the corner. Plenty of shops nearby too.

Close to main attractions.
A bit outdated. Everything is functional but the maintenance was done without much attention to detail.

Staff tried hard to help when needed especially Front Office Manager
Very steep steps to get into the property and stairs to upper floors. However there was a small lift

Property location was so good but you cant sleep well because alot of constructions going on here.
They dont allow the guest.
