Close to main attractions.
A bit outdated. Everything is functional but the maintenance was done without much attention to detail.

Staff tried hard to help when needed especially Front Office Manager
Very steep steps to get into the property and stairs to upper floors. However there was a small lift

The location is extremely ideal and very close to main attractions and the tram and a metro
Nothing really, just at the time there was building work outside that was abit annoying when trying to sleep but that has nothing to do with the hotel

Location nearby metro station
No entrance reception . One elevator , doing maintenance work ( painting walls while guests moving in the hotel ) , no minibar fridge in room , towels are very bad quality , room cleaning every 2 nights. No restaurant or coffee lounge. Nothing at all
