The house is located on top of a steep hill, from which you'll witness a spectacular sea view under any circumstances (and some pretty good sunsets too). However, the gravel roads leading to the house are quite challenging to drive on....if you're renting a car, we highly recommend you pick a solid SUV or all-terrain (we had a small city car, struggling to reach to top). Ludivico is a very considerate host and will be only present enough to make yourself at home / answer your last minute questions / recommend you some great food places. Personal note : you HAVE to taste the "pasta Alla Norma @ Trattoria da Giannino"

What a fantastic property. We fell in love with the pictures but they do not do it justice. The sunsets and the views to die for. The villa was clean and well maintained and had most things. No kettle so we were glad we brought our own. We were promised it had a washing machine but it did not. That did cause us a problem as we were travelling throughout italy and we needed to wash clothes. Apart from that the seclusion and quietness was great and we felt very very sad to leave.
