Very beautiful and large architect's villa with swimming pool, 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen open to living and dining room, laundry room, terrace, barbecue, parking and closed garden 5 minutes from the beaches. (see ad AB1398631 for 8 people)
The villa is located in a residential area just 300 meters from the Etang de Thau and a few steps from the sea, 5 minutes from the beaches by car or bicycle.
Location at the crossroads of Agde, Pézenas, Sète, Béziers, Carcassonne and Montpellier.
For a week, close to the Haut Languedoc, at the crossroads of the Aude, Tarn, Aveyron, Lozère and Gard and only a two-hour drive from Spain, stop off in Marseillan, a charming picturesque village, with its port, its pretty shops, its very good restaurants and its friendly bars.
In addition, its many shops, wine cellars and local markets await you.
Many sports and outdoor activities, tourism, fishing, boating, walking, cycling, kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, diving, or simply sunbathing and lazing on the beach.
COSTS TO BE EXPECTED
Rentals are from Saturday 4pm to the following Saturday 9am the cleaning fee is 180€/ stay to be paid on the day of your arrival.
Family rental, groups of friends to party are refused / neighborhood which requires calm.
