The holiday flat is located in a terraced house, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For your exclusive use are available: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 7 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 3 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and Valve.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Keszthely. The holiday apartement is located on a 250 sqm open garden plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
