Obiekt jest położony w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko jest zarówno do jeziora Heviz, jak i nad Balaton. Okolica jest miła i cicha. Sklepy spożywcze są bardzo blisko. Apartament jest przestronny i funkcjonalny, plusem są dwie łazienki i ubikacje. Prywatny garaż.
Obiekt jakby się prosił o odświeżenie, szczególnie jeżeli chodzi o armaturę sanitarną i kuchenną. Trochę mało naczyń. W szafkach było wiele przeterminowanych artykułów spożywczych po poprzednich gościach, kuchnię trzeba było doczyścić. Ekspres mało funkcjonalny jak na dzisiejsze czasy. Tradycyjny telewizor w living-room nie spełnia już dzisiejszych oczekiwań.

Skvelé ubytovanie v novostavbe, poschodový apartmán s dvoma spálňami a obývačkou, kaštieľ a námestie dostupné peši.
K dispozícii garáž pre auto, tiché prostredie. Blízko Hévízu.
TV je len obyčajná ,nie Smart. Trochu ďalej od pláže, cca 30 min peši
