Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 6 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 6 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Channels in different languages

Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Das Haus war sauber und groß.Es gab 2 Badezimmer. Wir waren da als Paar mit 4 Kindern. Der Garten sehr schön,mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Grillkamin. Die Kinder fühlten sich sehr wohl. Die Küche ist etwas klein,aber es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Plattensee ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt,genauso wie Supermärkte,MC Donalds und Tankstellen. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Prázdninový dům má skvělou polohu, v dosahu asi 1 km jsou dvě příjemné pláže, v blízkosti je nákupní zóna, také do města je dobrá dostupnost, zvláště pokud máte třeba kola.

Schöner großer und mit Zaun umgrenzter Garten. Frühstücken+Sonnen im Garten gut möglich. Aber Sturzgefahr im Haus, da die Treppe zum 1. OG zu schmale Trittstufen hat (ca. 20cm breites Loch bei 4-5 Stufen). Haus ist mit Möbilar sehr ainfach ausgestattet. Kein richtiges Wohnzimmer, sondern nur Essraum mit Küchenzugang. Kleiner Fernseher und sehr dürftige Küchenausstattung.
