The holiday home is a semi-detached house and is rustically furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). Wi-Fi is available from 01.06-15.09. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Location
Balatonberény. The holiday home is situated on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Other half of the house BAL BER 096 (8 people). Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Central heating (gas). Wi-Fi is available from 01/06–15/09. Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Schöne große Terrasse. Das Haus ist optimal für 2 Familien mit Kind. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind.
Die Duschvorhänge könnten länger sein damit das Bad nach dem Duschen nicht schwimmt.

Das Haus lag sehr ruhig und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Der bezahlbare Strand war sehr schön. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gab es auch ein schönes Restaurant. Man musste nicht immer mit dem Auto unterwegs sein. Für Leute die nicht so in den touristischen Hochburgen Urlaub machen wollen, sind in dieser Gegend gut aufgehoben.
