Kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric filter coffee maker, French press) opening onto the living/dining area with French doors leading to the terrace with awning, lounge with TV and radio, also opening onto the terrace. Separate WC. Shower room with washing machine.
Upstairs: 1st bedroom (1 double bed), chest of drawers and swing set, 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) with chest of drawers.
Garage. Parking available in front of the garage. Enclosed garden of 210 m². Garden furniture.
For babies: travel cot, safety gate.

Departure cleaning included in the price. To be paid one month before arrival: tourist tax (amount to be determined based on the number of people) and a €600 security deposit.
