In the evening, dream away in front of the crackling open fire and immerse yourself in this world of absolute peace and relaxation.

Features of the flat:
This cosy and comfortably furnished 3 1/2-room flat has a combined living/dining room with an open-plan adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The flat is ideal for 4 people, especially families and couples.

- Living/dining room: sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, chest of drawers, dining table, radio/CD/DVD player (various DVD films for free use), WLAN/Internet (included) and various board games.

- Kitchen: ceramic hob (electric, 4 hotplates), oven, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, toaster, fondue/raclette set, etc.).

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (2 x 90x200cm), chest of drawers, wardrobe incl. hangers, 2 bedside tables with lamps.

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x190cm (depending on occupancy, only 1 bed can be set up), 1 bedside table with lamp, 1 wardrobe incl. hanger.

- Bathroom: WC, bathtub with shower curtain, washbasin with mirror cabinet, hairdryer.

- Entrance area: open wardrobe, cupboard (cleaning materials, hoover).


Outdoor area:
Sit on the marvellous terrace and enjoy the view of the mountains and Lake Sarnen. The terrace is furnished with a garden table and chairs.

The flat has a carport parking space (included in the rental price).

Details of the complex:
The flat is located in the "Stockenmatt" holiday development at around 1000m above sea level above Stalden in a sunny, panoramic position. The house has a laundry room with a washing machine (for a fee) and a tumble dryer (no tumble dryer).

Surroundings and excursion tips:
Be inspired by the unspoilt nature. Experience the breathtaking mysticism of this power place in summer while hiking, biking, boating or swimming in the lake. In winter, enjoy the panorama with the snow-covered mountains, take advantage of the nearby cross-country ski trails or explore the toboggan runs in the Langis with the children. Ski slopes within easy reach.

Thanks to this excellent location, not only Sarnen, Lucerne or Interlaken but also all excursion destinations in Central Switzerland (Pilatus, Rigi, Titlis, Stanserhorn, Melchsee-Frutt, etc.) and the Bernese Oberland (Hasliberg, Ballenberg, etc.) are easily accessible by car in a short time.
