About this house rental

This accommodation is located in an old mill, only 30 metres from a lake, in beautiful, natural surroundings.

Enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony to the nearby lake. There is also the possibility of going fishing here. A fishing permit is required in the bigger lakes 500 meter away. There is a small sandy beach just 500 metres from the house.

The former mill, in which the house is situated, dates from 1800. In 2012 it was set up as modern accommodation with 95 m² of living space. The house has two bedrooms with two beds and one bedroom with a bunkbed, a hall and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a TV, a comfortable couch (sofa), and Wi-Fi. Thus, there are sleeping possibilities for 9 people in the house.

The house is located about three kilometres from Alingsås. It is a beautiful little town with many old buildings, and several bars and restaurants. There are vast forests in the surrounding area with mushrooms in abundance and many elk too. Two other fishing lakes are nearby; one about 300m away, and the other around 3000m away. There are plenty of hiking trails. The house is about 45 kilometres from Gothenburg.

The basement also has a spa. This is not included in the rent, but it is possible to also book this. In the spa you will find, sauna, cold bath, hot tub, showers, a toilet and a relaxation room.
