About this house rental

You will be seduced by this passive house recently built in wood frame. It is ideally located in the heart of the spa resort of La Bourboule. Many activities in the immediate vicinity: the Parc Fenestre at 200m which is a magnificent wooded area of 12ha, part of which is converted into a playground for children: a real amusement park with many games such as mini-golf, the Far West Train, the Fenest'Tower… You can also go to the Charlannes plateau which is crisscrossed with hiking or mountain biking trails and in winter you can practice sledding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Nearby: 10min: La Tour d'Auvergne water sports center, equestrian center and golf at Mont-Dore, downhill skiing at Chastreix or Mont Dore… Sancy shuttle in La Bourboule. The house is entirely on one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is composed as follows: -A large living room with kitchen open to dining room and living room with pellet stove -Two bedrooms each with 2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together to make double beds -A bedroom with 2 90 cm beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed. This room is accessible to people with reduced mobility -A fully accessible bathroom with WC A great advantage of this house is its outdoor land with private parking and beautiful 50m² wooden terrace in the heart of the city. Heating with the pellet stove and electric included. Shops and services 100m away. Spa package in May, June and September: €1275 for 3 weeks.
