On the first floor, it comprises an entrance hall with storage, a spacious and splendid open-plan living area combining a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, all benefiting from triple exposure (east/south/west) and opening onto a magnificent 65m² terrace.
Also on the same level is a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and its own shower room, as well as a separate WC.
On the 2nd floor:
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm)
- one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
- one bedroom with one single bed (90 cm) and one pull-out single bed (90 cm)
