Welcome to Le Mas de Kitty! This lovely, newly built studio accommodates 2 to 4 guests and is located just 2 km from the town center. You’re only 10 minutes from Les Baux de Provence, 20 minutes from Avignon, and 50 minutes from the beaches of Camargue, Nîmes, and Marseille. The studio is adjacent to the main residence, so you can enjoy the shared garden and pool with the owners and other house guests.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious room with a double bed (160x200) and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), a TV (TNT antenna), a dining table with 4 chairs, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The mezzanine features a sofa bed (140x200) and a dresser.
Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. Beds are made upon your arrival. Parking is available on the property.
Please note, the mezzanine is not fully separated from the main room. The studio is not suitable for young children. Additional guests must be teenagers or at most one adult.
The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th.
The owners speak Dutch, German, Flemish, French, and English.
Pets are welcome, but please respect the property and neighbors’ peace.
