Quite frankly, the rudest manageress I have come across. How dare they give themselves 4 stars on the entrance plaque is laughable. Just after money that's all. No flexibility on service. Extra money was taken from my bank account I asked about this and the woman said I had to speak to booking.com. Worst bed and pillows. The sheet was paper thin, No duvet in the room. She said it was it was 30 degrees it was -30 degrees, not shown how the air con worked. Many signs saying don't do this and don't do that. They even want you to empty the bins clean the place. Felt lijke a school dormitory where you all have to complete errands. What are you paying for this should be included in the high fees you pay! 4 stars what a joke She even had the rudeness when we arrived to ask my French friend if I like men or women so unprofessional.

Peaceful retreat

Kathy was so welcoming, showed us around our gite then said any questions to just text them to her. It was quiet and private the gite had everything required including basic foods, towels for the pool and robes or towels for indoors. The bed was large and comfortable.

Everything it was a little oasis. Very well equipped and immaculate. The hot tub and pool were very clean and the gardens beautiful.

Superbe propriété à l'entrée de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, idéale pour la visite de la région. Pour nous c'était le point de départ idéal de randos à vélo dans les Alpilles. Tout est très propre et fonctionnel. Kathy est super accueillante et arrangeante. Nous avons opté pour les paniers petit-déjeûner ; Kathy précise bien que c'est pour dépanner et que ce n'est pas un hôtel avec buffet continental ;) Pour nous c'était parfait, mais il faut en être conscient.

de locatie was gelegen op een paar kilometer van Saint Remy-de-Provence, je kan geen betere uitvalsbasis vinden voor de bezienswaardigheden van de Provence. We werden ontvangen door de vriendelijke eigenaresse die ons wegwijs maakte. We voelden ons direct heel welkom, ook mijn hond. Een oase van rust in een schitterende tuin met een prachtig zwembad, te delen met de 2 andere huisjes, en een grote privé-jacuzzi. Het huisje was leuk ingericht, in de open keuken was alles aanwezig. De perfect werkende airco was een noodzaak met buitentemperaturen van meer dan 35°. Het overdekte buitenterras was een aangename plek om te eten en te chillen en te genieten van onze jacuzzi. Door de inrichting van de tuin heb je heel veel privacy. Ik kon gewoon buiten de poort direct een prive-weg volgen om mijn hond uit te laten. De tuin en het zwembad werden perfect onderhouden door de eigenaar, hij was ook degene die ons tips gaf voor onze trips in de buurt en ons ook vertelde waar we gratis konden parkeren als we naar Saint Remy gingen 's avonds.

Als enige opmerking zou ik eventueel het douchegordijn vervangen door een douchescherm.
