We stayed 14 days, 10 people, 3 generations, ages 12 to 70 and had the most wonderful days. We mostly stayed at the house relaxing and enjoying the shade under be big tree in the courtyard while the kids had fun in the gorgeous pool.
All rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We could have wished for all rooms to have AC but managed to cool the 2 rooms without one down a bit, with the AC unit in the hallway. We like to cook most of our meals ourselves so we really enjoyed the outside grill area and pizza oven, which Laurent provided us with wood and tools for.
Saint Remy de Provence is a sweet little town with a great local market on Wednesdays and really good restaurants. Wine houses specializing in natural wines close by and canoe trips that can be reached within an hour’s drive.

Please note the check out time is 930am. The owners were standing in the lounge room at 925 waiting for us to leave - which is a bit hard when there is 8 of you trying to pack up and load cars.
Also note that the owners, parents and grandparents all live on site.

This is a lovely home with a stunning property in a prime location. The hosts greeted us with a very thorough and helpful overview of the house, and were very kind and easy to contact throughout our stay for anything needed. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained, and the outdoor kitchen is top notch, great for grilling the local meats and vegetables from the nearby market. Highly recommended!

The beds, pillows, and linens weren't fabulous - think La Quinta at the airport. Washing machine only holds 3-4 garments so we did laundry every day to keep up. Bathrooms had no shower gel or fresh soaps, only previously used soaps. Kitchen adequate but crockery, cutlery, and glassware are housed in the living room cabinets so there is a bit of back and forth. There was a lovely bottle of wine and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. There were staples like dishwasher soap (4 cubes), laundry soap (5 bubbles), tea(6 bags), sugar (12 cubes), olive oil, and balsamic vinegar but no coffee. The oil and vinegar were just empty containers. Our shopping included tomatoes so we called to ask if we could borrow some oil day 1. The owner lent us a small bottle of olive oil but seemed a bit put out that we asked. The most puzzling discovery related to the toilet paper. We started the visit with 3 adult guests and 3 toilets. There were exactly 5 rolls of paper in the entire apartment and ALL 5 rolls were down to about 20%. We were out of TP by mid-day on day 2. I texted the owner but never received a reply. It seems TP, oil, vinegar, dishwasher soap, laundry soap were all spare on purpose. Having paid >$2000 and traveled 4500 miles, this was uncool and forced us to find these basic resources ourselves on day 1. No helpful guides, grocery store suggestions, lists of things to see and explore etc were left for us and after day 1, we were reluctant to bother them for any reason. France!

Located in a quiet neighborhood of country homes, Mas de Mille offers a well maintained interior that can easily be kept cool, beautiful outdoor seatings, blooming garden areas and an outstanding pool that proved perfect for smaller children. The hosts are very welcoming and the beautiful city of Saint Rémy is right around the corner. We felt like paradise ☺️

What an amazing place to stay! Wonderfully located in Saint Rémy. Beautiful home with everything you need. Karine and Laurent were excellent hosts and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and even gave us some recommendations about the area. We could not have asked for a more amazing home base during out trip. It was truly a delight! And the pool is stunning! We wish we could have stayed longer!!!

This property is beautifully maintained and presented. Every feature is new, or almost new, clean and functional. We had 10 adult family members staying for a week and found the facilities and equipment excellent. Although one couple were on the downstairs fold out double bed, they were still comfortable. 3 toilets and 3 showers easily met our needs. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and all commented on the fabulous property. The hosts met us on day one and took great time to show us around and brief us on the equipment and functions. Huge quantities of kitchen equipment such as crockery, cultery, all types of glasses and cooking equipment. Mostly new or very new. Very well equippped kitchen and cooking facilities. Huge refrigerator in the kitchen (with a second in the pool storeroom) easily catered for the needs fo 10 adults - even with large qualtities of white wine in there! All linen, towels etc are of high quality. There was never a time or situation where we didn't have everything we needed or wanted. Excellent, new washing machine which easily met the needs of 10 adults. Although no clothes dryer, clothes easily dried on two outside lines. Never had to use any of the televisions as we spent fabulous and memorable evenings in the outdoor areas. The property is very quiet and tranquil, with lovely relaxing gardens. Although we did have a car, the 1.3 kilometre walk into St.Remy, and all the wonderful cafes and sights, is a very easy walk. The nearest supermarket is about 1.2 kilometre away in the direction of town, so in most cases we would walk there rather than take the car. Although the roads and car access is very easy. We had family members arrive by bus from Avignon and the bus stop is about 1.3 kilometres away so they simply walked to the Mas. The hosts have done an amazing job in creating a very peaceful, beautiful, well equipped, comfortable property that is both modern and very functional and yet still retains the appearance, charm and character of a typical Provencial French Mas. We highly recommend this property and the wonderful hosts. We felt very fortunate to have found this property and to experience the efforts the hosts have put in to this Mas. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nous sommes partis à 2 couples avec 2 enfants chacun. La maison est très bien agencée, l’extérieur entièrement clôt ce qui est très appréciable avec les enfants. La piscine est superbe, grande, à fond plat ce que est super pour les activités aquatiques et parfaitement entretenu. Elle est aussi parfaitement sécurisée par une clôture et en plus un volet roulant,
Le contact avec les propriétaires a été super, un couple charmant, un papa adorable. Ils vivent dans la bâtisse à côté mais tout a été fait pour ne pas se déranger mutuellement et ça fonctionne très bien. Les enfants ont été invités à voir les animaux du papa, ils étaient tous très heureux.
Franchement au top, notre adresse annuelle sur saint Rémy est toute trouvée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mas des Mille. L'accueil a été parfait et les propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles en amont ainsi que durant notre séjour. La propriété est située dans un environnement très calme et à 3 minutes en voiture du centre ville de St-Rémy. La maison est très bien équipée, disposant de serviettes de bain en nombre (salle de bain et piscine), d'équipements de cuisine très fournis. La piscine est très bien sécurisée, élément essentiel lorsque de jeunes enfants sont présents. Sur demande, les propriétaires ont mis à notre disposition des équipements bébé (lits parapluie, chaises hautes, apis de change), ce qui est fort appréciable. Seul et unique bémol, le volume de la TV de la grand-mère qui, très très ponctuellement se fait remarquer lorsque nous étions présents sur la terrasse.
Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété et ses hôtes.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche, das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Der Garten und die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal dort hin fahren.

Le logement dispose de tout ce que nous avions besoin : lits enfants, pots, vaisselle abondante, serviettes de toilettes, de bain en quantité etc...
Nous avons apprécié la sécurité astucieuse de la piscine ce qui est très important avec de très jeunes enfants. Cela nous a permis d’être vraiment tranquille.

La maison est bien equipée, chaque chambre à ses serviettes... Nous aurions pu profiter un peu plus de la piscine si elle avait été chauffée, sa aurait été un plus. Maison bien située proche du centre et des commerces et des baux de Provence.
Nous aurons le plaisir de retourner dans cette belle propriété qui représente bien St remy de Provence et dont les propriétaires ont été super sympa.

The estate and house are even more beautiful than the pictures do show. The hosts are incredibly friendly, organised and cared a lot for us. The fridge had food for the first night, the outdoors got cleaned every morning - we were very very happy. Thanks a lot for this beautiful place!

Le mas est idéalement agencé, avec goût et beaucoup de charme. Le lieu porte à la détente ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous (deux familles, quatre enfants) avons eu un très agréable séjour. La propriété était bien propre, la localisation calme et bonne avec Saint-Rémy à quelques minutes en voiture, la piscine idéale soit pour les grands que pour les petits, Les Mille étaient très hospitaliers et leur paquet de bienvenue un vrai régal.

Au cœur d'un écrin provençal, le gîte du Mas des Mille s'est révélé au-delà de nos attentes : très belle maison d'un grand confort avec toutes les commodités possibles. Nous avons immédiatement adopté les lieux et apprécié la piscine. Karine et Laurent nous ont offert un accueil attentionné et chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à nos amis et il nous tarde d'y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour.

Ce séjour a été pour nous mémorable. Tout nous a laissé bouche-bée: d'abord l'accueil vraiment attentionné de nos hôtes Karine et Laurent, ensuite la magnifique piscine de pierre à notre usage exclusif ainsi qu'un jardin privé très grand et de grande beauté, sans compter la maison ample, décorée avec goût, et complète.
Cette maison multi-générationnelle soignée, dont une aile nous est réservée, nous offre 4 chambres spacieuses et confortables (chacune avec l'AC). Deux salles de bain complètes sont disponibles. Les literies provençales sont très jolies. La maison est bien équipée.
La grande piscine à notre usage (avec couverture articulée pour protéger les enfants) est magnifique et rafraîchissante. Un cabanon attenant permet d'avoir une salle de bain complète avec douche et toilette, pour éviter des voyages à la maison! Le mobilier de la piscine est actuel et confortable. Deux articles de piscine pour les enfants sont fournis (paille, ballon, etc.).
Le grand préau, complet avec BBQ, lavabo et grande table, favorise de jolis repas en famille. Au total, 3 tables extérieures permettent différents décors pour les repas extérieurs. Et le jardin est si joli, qu'on veut rester dehors aussi longtemps que possible.
Nos hôtes étaient également charmants. Ils nous ont accueilli avec chaleur, nous ont fourni des références (ex. médecin) avec générosité et nous ont fait visiter leur propriété et les quelques animaux (ce que nos petites filles ont fort apprécié).
Un bijou à tous les niveaux, nous souhaitons revenir bientôt!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au mas des milles. Le cadre est magnifique et calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, la terrasse et le soin du détail apporté dans chaque pièce de la maison. La description et les photos sont parfaitement conformes à la réalité. Ce mas est très agréable, les chambres et la pièce à vivre sont spacieuses ce qui permet à chacun de trouver sa place. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la cuisine d'été est sans aucun doute un véritable plus dès les beaux jours. Beaucoup de gentillesse,de sens de l'accueil et de souci du bien être des locataires de la part de la propriétaire. Merci à elle,nous avons passé une excellente fin d'année!
