Villa Helessa is an elegant three-bedroom retreat within a serene complex in Ixia, Rhodes, offering privacy, comfort, and refined contemporary living close to the beach. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the villa spans 95 m² and features three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower facilities. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor with easy access to the main living areas, while two additional double bedrooms occupy the first floor, both enjoying peaceful views of the garden and the private pool. The living room offers a relaxed atmosphere with generous seating and a flat-screen smart TV, while the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine, and all necessary kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease throughout their stay.



Wide patio doors open onto a private terrace furnished for outdoor dining, seamlessly connecting the interior spaces with the garden and pool area. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, providing an ideal setting for quiet mornings or leisurely afternoons. A coal barbecue invites relaxed al fresco dinners, while the balcony offers a quiet corner for enjoying the coastal ambience of Ixia. Additional comforts include soundproofing, mosquito nets, a safety deposit box, complimentary WiFi throughout the villa, and free public street parking nearby for those arriving by car.



The complex enjoys a calm coastal location, placing guests close to the beach as well as a short drive from the lively town of Rhodes, known for its medieval Old Town, harbour, shops, restaurants and vibrant summer atmosphere. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged for an additional charge, and a shuttle service is available. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival and refunded within seven days of check-out, subject to inspection. Cots are available on request at no extra cost, and children of all ages are welcome, although the minimum age for check-in is 25. Pets, parties, events and smoking are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00.
