הדירה ממש נעימה נקייה ומאובזרת מאוד אהבנו שיש פרטיות כי אף חלון לא נמצא מול השכנים אומנם כמה דברים היו חסרים אבל סה"כ היה מושלם זו דירת נופש ועונה על כל הציפיות בהחלט אם נחזור לרודוס נחזור לדירה הזו ונמליץ גם לאחרים

הייתה בעיה עם המכונת כביסה למרות הבקשות שלי לתקן עברו שלושה ימים עד שאנחנו הבנו את הבעיה חסר דברים בסיסיים כמו כמה שקיות ניילון לפח או מטאטא לנקות לבד אם באים לא זוג לא נעים להתקלח שהמקלחת באמצע החדר שקופה אין מיקרו

Majoitus oli upea, sisustus kaunis ja kaikki oli uutta. Tilavat huoneet, mukavat sängyt, ihana allasalue ruokailuryhmineen. Keittiössä tarvikkeita ja astioita tarpeeksi kaikille. Lämpimän veden loputtua saimme heti apua miten sitä saadaan lisää. Henkilökunta oli vain viestin päässä ja kävi jopa loman aikana paikanpäällä kysymässä kuinka viihdymme. Siivouksen taso ensiluokkaista. Lähistöllä isot ruokakaupat ja ravintoloita. Saimme majoituksen etuajassa ja odottelun ajan saimme säilöä tavaroitamme. Majoittuisin ehdottomasti uudelleen.

The villa itself is beautiful, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. We stayed for 5 nights and overall the outside area was always clean, the villa complex felt very safe, and there were a few restaurants and shops within walking distance which was really convenient. Pramilla was also fantastic throughout our stay.

There was no bin collection during our stay and nowhere to dispose of rubbish ourselves. We were told that this had to be done by ourselves, with no information on where to do dispose of the rubbish. Toilet roll provision was inadequate — 4 rolls for 4 people over 5 nights wasn’t enough. We requested more, but again were told that these amenities were not included in our stay. Only one set of towels was provided for the entire stay. We asked for clean towels, or a washing tablet to clean these with and were informed that these services were not included in our stay. Only one dishwasher tablet was supplied, so we had to spend time hand washing all our dishes. Again, we were told that this amenity was only provided once. We only had one hot shower during the whole trip as the hot water tank is shared with the neighbouring villa, therefore all the showers were freezing cold. An information booklet with local recommendations, taxi information, and villa instructions would have been very useful. The WiFi did not work, which was difficult as we needed to work during the stay. No hoover or sweeping brush was provided to help keep the villa clean. There were no clear instructions regarding key collection or which villa we were assigned. We asked the on site caretaker for support. The shower in the bedrooms have completely clear glass doors, which isn’t ideal for groups of friends staying together — frosted glass would work much better. Additionally, our flight was late on the day of checkout, however the host gave no leigh way in checkout times and there was nowhere to store luggage, so we had to drag it around the entire day.
