Villa Pisina Grandi 40 lives up to its name — a spacious villa with a private pool that immediately feels like home. Enter through the upper level, where a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming space with high ceilings and an airy atmosphere. Step outside onto the large terrace and enjoy breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The terrace is partly shaded and partly sunny, offering the perfect balance for relaxation at any time of day.
A staircase leads down to the lush tropical garden surrounded by palm trees and greenery. The highlight of this outdoor area is the large private pool with a built-in staircase, ideal for cooling off or lounging nearby. For those seeking shade, the cozy palapa with sunbeds offers a tranquil retreat. There’s even space available for a future outdoor kitchen, making the setting ideal for both leisure and entertaining.
The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a second bathroom. Each bedroom has its own entrance, ensuring excellent privacy — perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.
Located within walking distance of Coral Estate Centre, guests have easy access to restaurants, a bakery, and a dive center. Villa Pisina Grandi 40 is part of the exclusive Coral Estate resort in Banda Abou, Curaçao, close to some of the island’s most beautiful beaches and ideal for those who love sun, sea, and tranquility.
Coral Estate itself offers 24-hour security, a luxury spa, a dive center, a bakery, and excellent restaurants such as Karakter and rooftop bar Koraal. Nearby you will find some of Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches: Playa Porto Marie, Cas Abao, and Daaibooi.
Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.
At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.

Everything about or stay was fantastic. The home was beautiful, well laid out and well appointed. High end kitchen, nice tv (though who has time for that with that back yard and pool) a huge dining room table. Comfy beds. 2 beautiful full bathrooms on the ground level and a half bath on the upper. We also took advantage of their rental car service and had a nicely appointed mid sized suv waiting for us at a more than reasonable price for an island rental. The home is located a short walk from the main office and grounds of Coral Estates luxury resort which is home to a nice beach, a lovely dock, a pool and a couple of nice places to sit and have something to eat and sip on a drink. It is actually part of the Coral Estates property. But more important than the beautiful home was the customer service. We unfortunately had some bad weather in Canada that delayed our arrival by 2 full days. I reached out to the host and let them know what was going on and inquired if there would be an extra two days on the back end of our reservation available so we could extend the trip back to its original duration. Not only were the days available, but without hesitation, the host extended both our stay and our car rental by two full days for absolutely no extra charges whatsoever.We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful home with accommodating hosts who went the extra mile to make sure our first trip to Curacau was one to remember.
