This unique 6-home complex offers over 7,200 +/- sq. ft. of living space, sleeping 30+ guests across 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, with multiple kitchens, gathering spaces, and unmatched proximity to the water. The layout is intentionally designed to give groups the ability to spend time together while also enjoying privacy in separate living quarters—perfect for family clusters, kids and adult separation, or multiple families traveling together.
The complex consists of six distinct living spaces.
The Guest House is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath home featuring a large oversized loft (bdrm 2) that comfortably adds additional sleeping capacity, along with a full kitchen and open living and dining areas.
The Master House, the centerpiece of the property, includes 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, multiple gathering spaces, and generous natural light throughout.
Adjacent to the main homes are four stand alone cottages, each with one bathroom, their own kitchen, dishwater, laundry and a large open-style loft sleeping area and pull out sleeper sofa that provides flexible accommodations for families or groups. All cottages have been newly redesigned and furnished, representing the décor and experience of the full property. The two larger homes are currently being furnished with brand-new pieces; updated photos will be provided once complete.
Outdoor living truly shines here. Guests enjoy direct waterfront access, stunning lake views, and three dedicated boat slips, making this an ideal choice for boaters and water-sport lovers. We can also assist with boat rental / charter coordination, private excursions, equipment rentals, and recommendations for local activities, dining, and entertainment. Whether arriving with your own boat or renting one during your stay, lake access could not be easier. Multiple outdoor seating areas, decks, gathering spaces, fire pits and relaxing lakeside spots offer endless opportunities to enjoy the scenery, reconnect, and unwind.

Docks are removed seasonally due to lake freezing/water levels. Generally in from 5/1 - 10/31.
Notes / Terms / Other House Rules:
If booking more than 11 months in advance, please inquire before instant booking. Approval of rates and availability is required for all bookings 11 months or more in advance.
One week minimum during PEAK - 6/1 - 9/7. Saturday - Saturday bookings.
Listing includes use of two dock slips. Access is shared. Additional dock slips may be available for an additional fee.
Use of dock, is at the sole risk of the renter. All guests must use lifejackets when on the docks / swimming. Must Sign Waiver.
Exterior cameras are on property; they record both video and sound.
If guests plan on using indoor fireplace, they must reach out to the host to ensure proper use.
The number of overnight guests is limited to the amount requested when booked.
No pets are allowed without approval. An additional cleaning fees apply pet pet.
Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property.
The primary renter must be 30 years of age or older. The primary renter must be present at all times. Monthly discounts for off-season available.
