This condo has been beautifully staged and equipped for short or long term stayings. You'll be welcomed into a happy, fresh and clean space caressed by the sunlight in every single corner.
Living area provides amazing ocean views where you can relax and embrace the sunsets our city daily shares.
Master Bedroom has a walk in closet and private bathroom.
2nd bedroom shares a full bathroom with living areas.
The condo also offers a washer/dryer at site and basic kitchen appliances .
Additional Terrazas communities are: Unheated pool, gym at the rooftop, gym and 2 parking garages.
Guest Access:
Rooftop gym with basic equipment.
Unheated Pool and BBQ at ground floor.
These are amenities locate in common areas, managed and operated by the HOA as a third party.
The Neighborhood:
Private gated community with restricted access and 24-7 security located 6 min drive t La Paz Malecón and downtown.

Other Things to Note:
Please be noticed that in the summer season water supply can be restricted.
Although we strive to provide an utmost experience the hosting company cannot be held responsible for malfunction or temporary unavailability in the amenities at the common areas.
All guests must follow common area rules.
Music and dog barking can be eventually listened. If you are noise sensitive we recommend you reconsidered your vacation at this site.
Due to the quality of construction you can expect to hear noise of adjacent units.

We are a Real Estate + Vacation Rental team in town happy to provide assistance for visitors, adventurers, travelers.
Although we are on site and our office is 5 min away from this location we provide assistance vía Airbnb.
24 hours before your arrival you will receive your arrival instruction letter. PLEASE read it and confirm you r received it.
The Check in in the units is at 3:00 PM
After 7:00 PM, all personal assistances to guests for check ins at our units will have an additional cost. It is important for this matter that you make sure to read the instruction Letter beforehand.

Additional local experiences such as tours, mezcal degustation, nanny, cooks, boat charters, sand boarding, whale watching/whale shark (when in season), Scuba Diving and others.
