The Space:
This condo provides you amazing bay and Sea of Cortez views. The condo complex is located inside a tranquil gated residential area just a short drive from the sights and attractions in La Paz. There are nearby restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, shopping, and more! Look no further, this will be the perfect place to stay and to make great new memories in La Paz!

The main spaces of the 753 sq ft/70 sqm condo:
- Comfortable living space with cozy sofas, a Free-to-air satellite TV, and direct access to the ocean view balcony – perfect for downtime moments between sightseeing and the beach! Leave the curtains open to welcome lots of natural light into the space. Open the doors to get a nice indoor/outdoor flow of air. The sunset will be breathtaking from there. A great pre-dinner activity.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with a nice full refrigerator/freezer, an electric counter-built-in stove, toaster oven, microwave, and all you’d need to whip a basic meal at home. Plus, the view is unbeatable, so why not eat at home in peace.
-​​ The dining area has a nice comfortable table to seat 4 for a relaxing meal at home. Perfect for enjoying some laughter and chit-chat or to plan your activities for the next day.
- The condo has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds to accommodate 4 guests as such:

Getting Around:
The condo is about 4.1 miles | 6.5 km or about a 15-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and it’s a 2.5-hour drive or 122 miles | 196 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

**Please note that there is a development right next to the property which means there will be noise from 7 AM to 4 PM.**

Please note that the TVs receive only free-to-air satellite channels; cable channels are not available.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Please note that the parking is not covered during the storm season between June and November.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like a cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.

Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property located inside a gated residential area. Sunset Condominiums by Alttus Residential Communities has controlled access entry with a remote control gate for owners and visitors only.
All access and check-in information will be provided to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

Family of 3(2 adults and 7 y/o) Condo was easy to find using directions provided and Google Maps, accessing unit easy. The condo building is a quick 5-ish minute drive to the Malecon and the best beaches to the north. The unit itself could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. Floors weren’t swept well as we found a lot of black long hair everywhere, food was still on the kitchen counters. The unit is lacking dishware(only 2 glasses, 3 wine glasses(1 broken in cupboard), no cups to take drinks to the pool as glass not allowed). Unit was not stocked well, not sure if this is typical for México as this was our first vrbo here. It would be nice if additional spices, condiments and cleaning supplies are kept in the unit. Having to purchase all these items for a short stay can get costly. Renters are given 1 garbage bag, half roll of paper towel, half a bottle of dish soap, sponge and a couple rolls of toilet paper. Soap dispensers in bathrooms also got low. Be prepared to purchase additional items plus laundry detergent(we brought our own but should be supplied to wash towels that belong to the unit). Would also recommend leaving floor cleaner so guests can clean while staying. Could use additional patio seating and pool toys(we left ours, hopefully they remained). Overall great location with the best sunsets. Would stay again if better stocked with supplies. .

The pool was not clean enough to swim in. It had pieces of styrofoam floating in it and dirt everywhere. There is not a hot tub just a cold smaller pool. The apartment was still benign cleaned when we arrived at 3:00. We wanted it clean so we waited outside for 20 minutes but it was filthy when we got inside. I had to clean all the surfaces including the bathrooms again for my family to even feel comfortable. I had to clean the kitchen counter and sink because food was left in the sink, I had to resweep the floors. Not ideal. Parking and location are great, the view is unbeatable. If you just need a place to crash this is fine. Not the most comfortable. The tv wouldn’t connect to the remote so we had to buy a cable and stream tv through our laptop. Safe, secure, no problems with noise. I wouldn’t stay here again because it’s not that comfortable or clean and the pool is not available.
