- A bright and warm living room featuring a beautiful fireplace
- A piano, ideal for music lovers and intimate evenings
- Guest toilets
- Direct access to the garden and outdoor terraces
- Two staircases lead to the first floor, giving access to the bedrooms and bathrooms
