About this farm stay rental
Set in a private estate with a swimming pool, two lavender fields and sweeping views over Gordes and the Luberon hills, our home is a haven of peace and privacy— yet only a few minutes’ drive from the delightful village of Goult and close to the other perched villages in the golden triangle - Gordes, Rousillon, Menerbes and Bonnieux.
Domaine de la Lavande is a newly renovated 215m2 French farmhouse for up to 10 guests offering the perfect balance of modern comfort and authentic Provençal charm, with five large air-conditioned bedrooms (two downstairs, three upstairs), each equipped with private bathrooms and king (160cm) or superking (180cm) beds. One of the bedrooms is in a self-contained, private gite, a few steps from the main house.
Step outside to enjoy the large terrace overlooking Gordes, or explore the many quiet corners around the property where you can relax and take in the panoramic scenery. Surrounded by vineyards and woodland, the area is ideal for walks, with the Domaine d’Angele winery just a 15-minute stroll away.

Enjoy views of Gordes while working in the kitchen or eating at the breakfast bar. Wall-mounted oven, 4-ring induction hob, American fridge-freezer (with ice and water dispenser), dishwasher. Separate utility room with combination microwave and second fridge.

INDEPENDENT GITE
Bedroom 5 - Located in independent gite a few steps from the main house, with bedroom (180cm bed), sitting area, kitchen, bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate terrace overlooking Gordes. Air conditioning.
OUTSIDE
A huge terrace runs alongside the ground floor. The views of Gordes from here, especially at sunset, are simply breathtaking. On the other side of the house we have another large terrace overlooking a parterre garden of rosemary, roses and lavender. There is another terrace off the gite, and many other spots to sit and enjoy the views. The property also has a pool, ping pong table and BBQ.
Step off our property onto a walking track that winds through vineyards with yet more breathtaking views of the Luberon. Domaine d’Angele, a locally renowned vineyard, is only a 15-minute walk away through vineyards and woods.
LOCATION
Situated on a hill in the Luberon national park, a wonderful region of Provence, world-famous for its natural beauty, charming towns, rolling vineyards, expansive lavender fields and weekly markets. Goult is one of the loveliest villages in the Luberon. It is a picture-perfect Provençal village with an excellent patisserie, bar, great restaurants, cafes, a delicatessen, butcher and epicerie, and free parking.
Our home is perfectly situated to explore the other charming perched villages of the Luberon, with Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux and Menerbes all within easy reach.
Provence captured my heart more than 20 years ago when I first came to see the lavender, and I have been holidaying here ever since. We bought Domaine de la Lavande in 2022 and finished the renovations in 2025. We love it here, and we’re sure you will too!
