Beachfront Wellness Vacation Apartment with Hot Tub, Sauna, and Fiber-Optic Wi-Fi
Our approximately 58 m² apartment is located on the top floor; it is easily accessible via an elevator with no steps. The high-quality amenities of this newly built apartment and its quiet location contribute to a relaxing vacation. The visitor’s tax and the security deposit are charged separately by the landlord.
The light-filled living room, featuring a wood-burning stove, a cozy couch, an armchair, and a 49-inch LED TV, offers you plenty of space for relaxing days. Start your day with breakfast on the south-facing balcony or wind down with a glass of wine.
A highlight is the luxuriously appointed bathroom. In addition to a floor-level walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, it also features a whirlpool tub and an infrared sauna! Of course, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and a washing machine are also available for your use.
The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses and adjustable slatted frames (firmness levels 2 and 3). There’s plenty of space for your clothes in a spacious closet and a dresser. Blackout pleated blinds and a fly screen ensure a restful night’s sleep. Behind a room divider in the living room is another bed (80 x 200 cm).
Dine out or cook at home?—The fully equipped modern kitchen makes this decision a tough one.
Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures, and the fire in the living room’s wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere. Our property management team will be happy to provide firewood upon request.
A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge for our youngest guests, and all electrical outlets are equipped with built-in child safety covers.
Park your car in the free parking space reserved for you in front of the house. There is a lockable storage room for bicycles, handcarts, strollers, and beach toys. You can also recharge the batteries of your e-bikes here.
