First floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a two-person sofa bed. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds, crib available upon request), bathroom with toilet. Amenities: freezer, bike rental (2 adult and 2 children’s bikes). Utilities: electricity usage exceeding 8 kWh/day billed according to meter reading. Optional services: mandatory cleaning fee for business travelers €50, towel rental €5/person, household linens €15, sheets (€5 per single bed, €7 per double bed per stay) required for business travelers; if cleaning and sheets are not paid for at the time of booking, payment must be made on-site to the owners.
