Nice appartment.

The host has many signs about us having to clean it all or there'll be a 70eu charge. I got to know about that charge after booking, which was not a great experience to be honest. It should be super clear upfront.

Fantastic apartment in a not-so-fantastic place

Contact with staff only digital, but she gave prompt responses and the communication was clear. Apartment really comfortable with all kinds of utensils and facilities present. Really liked the kids' toys in one of the bedrooms. Living room comfortable. Jeanne d'Arc village and basilica (outside Neufchateau) is recommended to visit. Parking was easy and free.

Beds were a bit soft to my liking but this is personal taste. If you were to go to Neufchateau I highly recommend this apartment which is fantastic. Neufchateau on the other hand is not a place I recommend. Not much to see or do and low quality and few restaurants. It was no problem for us, but if you have heavy luggage it is a bit of a climb/ascend via stairs to reach the apartment.

Comfortable apartment,well equipped. Convenient for centre of town and local facilities. Great place to stay to visit Neufchateau and Vosges.

Pedestrian access not easy, made more so by rue de chateau being dug up and left as gravel on steep slope.Car parking to load unload car was difficult due to same reason.

Central - be prepared to clean!

Central location, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen.

We didn't feel very welcome. Once we'd advised that we'd arrived, the next question was: what time are you leaving? At the entrance and in the bathroom and toilet, there were big lists of cleaning instructions with the threat of a large fine if they weren't completed.

Nice apartment in old part of Neufchateau

A cosy and comfortable small apartment New bathroom, interior decoration with a personal touch. Due to a set of stairs in the entrance ally, cars or wheelchairs can not reach the front door, which was no problem for us in any way. Very friendly owner.

Nothing really. Perhaps the requirement to clean before check out could have been indicated in the description more clearly.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Lage war formidabel! Die Betten waren vollkommen in Ordnung und es war ruhig. Also absolut empfehlenswert!

Um etwas negatives zu nennen, müsste ich schwer nachdenken. Wenn überhaupt könnte man vielleicht wünschen, dass die Bettlaken aus Baumwolle gewesen wären. Aber wie gesagt, mit diesem wirklich kleinen Makel kann man sehr gut leben 👍!
