Charming, fully renovated 90 m² Breton farmhouse comprising:

• A lounge and relaxation area with high ceilings and large windows opening onto the outside. Two large sofas, a coffee table, a wood-burning stove (wood not provided), and a bench seat (no TV).
• An open-plan, modern, and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, French press, toaster, microwave, oven, gas hob, raclette grill).
• A dining area with a wooden table and chairs for four.
✪ A wide selection of books for all ages, board games, and children's toys are available.
✪ Large windows open directly onto the landscaped terrace. These French doors open fully but do not have shutters.
► A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.
► A bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink.
► A separate toilet.
On the first floor:
► A double bedroom (new 140cm bed) with storage and bedside lamps. Blackout blinds.
⚠️ This bedroom, accessible only via a hallway on the first floor, does not have a door, but a blackout curtain.

► A bathroom with a bathtub/shower, vanity unit, large mirror, and a toilet.

The house is located in a very quiet and pleasant residential area of Larmor-Plage.
Direct access to the greenway at the end of the street.
You can reach Toulhars and Nourriguel beaches or the town center with its shops and restaurants in 5 minutes by car. Port Maria beach, with its many seaside restaurants, is very popular.
The small port of Kernevel, with its pleasure boats (available for rent), bars, and waterfront restaurants, is 6 minutes away.
You will find a large BioCoop store offering all organic products, a bakery, and other shops less than 5 minutes away. There is also a Leclerc supermarket 5 minutes away.
The Kercavès bus stop (lines 109 and 202) is a 2-minute walk away.
You can reach the "La Base" district of Lorient in 8 minutes, with its Eric Tabarly sailing center, children's activity center, submarine, giant zip line, and plenty of pleasant bars and restaurants.
All other shops and numerous beaches are less than 5 minutes away.

- Beaches: Toulhars Beach, Port Maria Beach, and Nourriguel Beach (5-minute drive), Locqueltas Beach, and Kerguélen Beach (also 5-minute drive). Kerpape Beach is a 5-minute drive away, Anse du Stole is a 7-minute drive, Perello Beach is a 10-minute drive, the large supervised beach at Fort Bloqué is 15 minutes away, and Guidel Beach is less than 15 minutes away by car.
- Water sports: Just a few minutes away, the Kerguelen nautical center is one of the region's major leisure hubs. Here, you can experience the sea to the fullest, whether sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, or scuba diving! Rentals and lessons are available, and you can enjoy all kinds of water sports from age 3 and up! At Fort Bloqué, you can surf and kitesurf, as well as dive around the fort, or for the more experienced, try spearfishing for spider crabs and lobsters. Equipment rental is available on site.
- Access to the coastal path, the famous GR34, which runs along the entire Breton coast, directly from the house.
- Lannénec Pond: The largest body of water in Morbihan, surrounded by greenery, offers peaceful walks close to the sea along a marked trail.
Finally, the coastline is ideal for trying your hand at shore fishing, depending on the tides – crabs, shrimp, spider crabs, or cockles – we'll advise you on the best spots for this activity.
- Local producers and artisans: Come meet the region's producers and discover their expertise: Guidel Cider House, ostrich farm, Cosqueric Vegetable Garden, Lomener Fish Farm, etc.
- Lorient: Located less than 15 minutes by car from the accommodation, you can enjoy a trip to visit Eric Tabarly's sailing center, the submarine base, the Lorient harbor and port, or stroll through the pedestrianized city center or on Place Jules Ferry. Every year in August, enjoy the famous and unmissable Lorient Interceltic Festival with its concerts, parades, unforgettable shows, and entertainment in a festive and sunny atmosphere.
The large Merville market, with its products fresh from the Lorient fish market, is open every day from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, a treat for food lovers.
- Groix Island: Accessible from the ferry terminal in Lorient with a 20-minute crossing, come and discover this small, unspoiled island with its large, gently curving white sand beach boasting magnificent colors.
