From 6 to 8 people – three bedrooms – large living room – enclosed garden
Description:
All the comfort you need to rest and breathe the good iodized air of Brittany:
• On the first floor:
- An entrance with toilet
- A kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery)
- A dining room (oval table 1m40 long, 6 chairs and 2 armchairs)
- A living room (1 large table with 2 extensions, chairs, 1 sofa bed sofa 130x190).
• Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and an office area / one with 2 x 90 single beds / and one with 2 bunk beds 90 and a 90 cm single bed on the mezzanine
- bathroom with bath-shower, washing machine and dryer, toilet.
• In the garden:
- Belvedere with sea view
- Barbecue
- Garden furniture
- room to store bicycles, nautical equipment, strollers,...
Equipment: vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying room. Children's equipment on request.
Available: mattress pads, pillows, duvets, blankets.
OPTIONAL are provided: Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers (10€ / person) and towels; towel and bath towel (3 € / person)
Amazing views of the ocean from all windows.
2 possibilities for cleaning: either you do it, or you will be charged (60 euros)
Non-smoking house.
Pets are not allowed.
Municipal parking lot at 200 m
On arrival, possibility of unloading your car near the house.
Environment:
All shops, restaurants and services are within walking distance.
Crossing to the island of Groix, boarding at the foot of the dike.
Hikes and beaches within walking distance, and others in the vicinity (GR34): Fort Bloque, Larmor Plage, Guidel...
Kerguélen Nautical Centre at 1 km.
In Lorient: Submarine base and Cité de la voile Eric Tabarly.

We had the best experience in this beautiful house in Lomener ! The location of the house is perfect, with everything at walking distance and the ocean at your feet ! The view on the ocean is gorgeous ! When we arrrived, the house was very clean and the owner super nice. We felt at home right away.. This is the perfect vacation home and we will definitely come back !

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire. La maison était très propre, idealement située, d'un côté la mer et de l'autre côté tout les comodités d'une village à pied: restaurants, boulangerie, brasseries, pharmacie, supermarché.
Aucun bruit sauf celui de la mer.
La proprietaire est très gentille, elle nous a expliqué tout à notre arrivé.
Nous essayerons de revenir.
