This cozy retreat offers a comfortable queen bed, a well‑appointed kitchen and bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. With both air conditioning and heating, the home is perfectly equipped for year‑round comfort.
After a day on the lake or exploring Hot Springs, unwind in the inviting living space or step outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Guests are welcome to park their boat along the outside of the dock, and there’s plenty of space between the house and the dock for vehicle and trailer parking.
Spend your days sunbathing on the swim dock, enjoying the slide, or relaxing on the covered side porch—this serene lakeside setting is ideal for slowing down and taking it all in. Please note that the garage is not accessible during your stay.

This place was like walking into a HGTV home. I want to build a house just like this, the finishes and decor are so beautiful. David answers your questions very quickly, everything works, instructions are simple to follow. Will stay here again if available.

Very convenient, quiet, with a beautiful view. We come to Hot Springs often to visit family and will definitely see if you have availability on our next trip.

David was a great host, the place was amazing, and we had the best time. We loved the layout and decorations and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was so nice to be by the lake and away from the traffic on the road. Will definitely be staying here again!!
