Cocoonr agency offers this charming 135 m² house in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, close to the sea, with wifi (fibre optics), sleeps up to 8 people.
It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 45 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Four bedrooms with 4 single beds and 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in a quiet and very pleasant environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the big towns.
You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
