Relax with the whole family at this lakefront, newly remodeled home—perfect for gathering, reconnecting, and making lasting memories.
The home features a spacious kitchen with seating for everyone, making group meals easy and enjoyable. With two separate living areas, there’s plenty of room to spread out, also have a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings.
Step outside and take in the lake views while soaking in the hot tub, unwind by the fire pit (with a swing for extra charm), or head inside for some fun in the game room. Entertainment includes a pool/ping pong table, dartboard, and an indoor basketball game—something for all ages. You’ll also have access to your own kayaks.
Please rinse off before entering the hot tub to help keep it clean for everyone. A $200 cleaning fee may apply if excessive dirt or debris is found.

Great location. Convenient to Eddyville Creek Marina, Echo Charlie's restaurant, Eddyville (grocery store, hardware store, liquor store, restaurants). Game room, hot tub and fire pit were all popular with our group. Lots of space inside and outside on the decks. Great chairs and dining table on the deck. Only negative was the bugs outside trying to get in every time the door opens. Would stay here again.

Everything was just as described- brand new and beautiful! Our host was easy to reach and very communicative. We really enjoyed spending time at the house and would definitely rent again!
