* Guests traveling with pets are subject to a $75 per day pet fee.

For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises. These cameras monitor the exterior of the property and do not have views of any interior spaces.

This is our 11th year visiting Kentucky Lake with our very large family and the best one yet! Having the full duplex with two kitchens, two laundry rooms and 4 bathrooms was truly the best experience and we were able to spread out and not feel so cramped. We saw so much wildlife and enjoyed quality time with the family. My only complaint is the week went by too fast, we already have our trip booked for next year and will definitely be coming back to this lovely home.

Our group has stayed in this duplex the last 2 years renting both units. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We have had a couple request and Kim has been very accommodating. Looked at

It was ok. There was a strong musty moldy smell in the hall and living room. It was close to everything we visited and met our needs for the days we were there.
