From the outside, this cottage style two story home makes a statement with its clean lines and elevated front porch. Step inside and the interior immediately surprises you. Designed for both relaxation and connection, the home features inviting living areas, comfortable sleeping spaces, and modern touches throughout.
The Space:
Its thoughtful layout makes it ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking a serene getaway. The main floor bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, barn door, and clean farmhouse finishes. Head upstairs to the loft and you will find a spacious second sleeping area with its own king bed, cowhide accents, and a bean bag lounge corner that kids and adults alike will fight over.
Outside, the screened in back porch with Edison string lights and a Luckenbach Texas sign sets the mood perfectly for slow evenings, while the front deck with bar height seating and Hill Country views is ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. A private fire pit rounds out the outdoor experience, giving you that quintessential Texas night sky moment every evening.
Sleeps up to 6. World class wineries, Fredericksburg's Main Street, and the legendary spirit of Luckenbach are all just minutes away.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.
The Neighborhood:
Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.
Getting Around:
Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
