About this chalet rental

Located in St. Martin in Passeier, this spacious 150 m² chalet welcomes up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, a living room, and 3 bathrooms. The private kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls. Amenities include a TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, game console, and a workspace. The chalet features step-free access, underfloor heating throughout, and mountain views for your comfort.



Outdoors, enjoy your private garden, both covered and open terraces, and a balcony. Facilities include a private hot tub, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a private sauna for 6 people. Families will appreciate the shared playground, as well as toys and books for children.



There are 6 shared parking spaces at the house, 1 shared garage spot, and public parking nearby. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. Events are permitted; quiet hours start at 11 pm. Shared storage rooms for bikes and skis, as well as table tennis, are available. High chair, baby cot, self check-in, and shuttle service to the airport and train station are provided.
