We had a large group of 8/9 and we stayed in the 4/2 apartment which definitely felt like a house. It was huge and so clean it felt like we were the first ones to ever rent it.
The Kitchen was completely stocked and beautiful (except could have used more trash bags)
The entire house and experience was amazing. We were a 1 min walk or less from the boardwalk and beach so u never have to drive to get anything to eat and u never have to use public bathrooms when u are out for the day.
Everything you could possibly need or want to do is in walking distance.
We rented bikes for the day.
We got up at 5am and sat in the beach and watched the sun rise.
We did laser tag and go karts and rode bikes which were all within a 5 minute walk.
We never had to leave the area for anything. Which is exactly what I wanted.
It was an amazing stay.
My smaller kids cried when we left.
Only thing I could say is to consider renting the sheets and towels just for more convenience.
And bring toilet paper bc only one roll was provided in each bathroom.
Other than that you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful property, very bright, clean, and comfortable. Excellent communication with the manager. Can’t beat the location! Very close to the boardwalk and other places, but you don’t have to hear the hustle and bustle from inside. We wanted an end-of-summer getaway where we would feel safe amidst COVID and be able to relax. We were very comfortable with the extra measures taken because of COVID. Thank you for helping us get some much-needed respite from the real world!
One recommendation is to add more places to hang bath and beach towels—we were fine for a weekend stay but week-long guests may want to reuse their towels more.
