The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable.
However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.

One day all hotels will be like this… 50th treat / celebration, super staff. Muchas muchas grathias team Terreno for your welcome & +ve energy. A masterclass in relaxation from the moment we stepped in and enjoyed a drink on the terrace… chilled in the spa enjoyed long breakfasts (really very v good & the best cheesecake!), decompressed with the best massages (thank you Ruth - that was special), not forgetting the gym, rooftop terrace, club & pool, it was easy to stay, escape the heat and v hard to leave… we did but with big smiles and were well rested. Would love to revisit 😌🙏
