    This is the noisiest hotel I've ever been in. Cleaning starts before 9 and there is constant talking, laughing and rolling in the corridors. For people like me, who appreciate their sleep, that's a no.

    Booked her for 2 nights assigned a room on the back streets woken by bin collection , emailed asking if I can have a different room with possible harbour view told I need to pay extra €30 per night no thanks

    The hotel is in good location and pool is nice. However, we were given a wrong room type(supposed to be sea view) due to Agoda issue, and the reception staff wasn’t helpful at all. They said it’s not our problem, fix it with Agoda a bit in rude way. I spent 2 hours to change my room type to correct one, and the price difference was just 30 Euros. I genuinely think that the reception staff could have been more helpful and polite, could have even saved my 2 stressful hours.
