Beautiful villa with private pool in the small town of Xirosterni, in the Chania region of Crete.
The house has recently been renovated. The interiors offer all amenities for a comfortable, peaceful stay. Villa Cava offers 3 bedrooms (one is in a loft that is open to the area below) and a single sofa bed: it can accommodate up to 3/6 people and ideal for a vacation with family or friends.
Among its large outdoor areas you’ll find many spots where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside and sea. Dine under the loggia and use the private pool (heatable upon request).
Villa Cava’s location is perfect if you love nature and the countryside: it is idea for a relaxing vacation as well as for exploring the sea, and Crete’s most interesting places.
In the town of Almyrida, the owner of Villa Cava runs an excellent seafront restaurant where you can taste traditional Greek cuisine.
At guests’ disposal: private pool (depth: 1,80 meters); the pool can be heated (up to 28°) for an extra fee, if requested at least 1 week before arrival; 3 bedrooms (one of which is in a loft) and a single sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, 3/6 people; wood burning oven; covered veranda with a barbecue, refrigerator, table and chairs for dining outside; terrace with pergola and sea views, furnished with tables and chairs; Wifi internet; air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living area; parking.

First floor: vestibule with outdoor access to terrace, bedroom in the loft with double bed (minimum height: 0,65 meters; maximum height: 1,70 meters), bathroom with bathtub, double bedroom.
First floor: (accessible both from the inside of the house, and from the outside via an outdoor staircase): terrace with pergola and panoramic views.
