LOCATION - 2 Blocks away from 74th & Roosevelt Ave. Host is ready to assist anytime to make the stay comfortable. Safe and Quiet Neighborhood to walk around at late night or early morning. Guest Assigned parking is available 24/7 which gives much more convenience if you are traveling with car, no need to worry about finding street parking. Bed was comfortable, Living area and Bathroom space are decent. If staying 4/5 nights free laundry service was offered which sits at corner of living area.
As a solo traveller Semi Private thing did not bother me. Host has to come down to use laundry but never saw host.

Clean, comfortable apartment with wonderful hosts! It rained all weekend and the owners kindly turned on the heat when it got chilly inside. They also gave me great information about taking the ferry into NYC. Super accommodating and highly recommended!
My only critique is the 11:00 AM checkout. With a 4:00 PM flight, a 1:00 PM checkout would have been much preferred so I didn't have to rush. However, I didn't ask for an extension and wasn't offered one.

The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to the subway station. Several subway lines pass through the station, making it easy to reach different areas and neighborhoods across New York City.
Anthony and his wife are truly wonderful hosts. They gave us many helpful suggestions during our stay in New York and were always available whenever we needed anything.
I highly recommend their place for anyone planning a vacation in New York!
