The apartment itself was clean.
Marketed as a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was difficult to walk my dogs around with all the broken bottles and trash all over the streets. It’s also not mentioned in the ad that the apartment is on the second floor, with very steep and narrow steps that were difficult for my senior dog to navigate. When I arrived, the keys were nowhere to be found and I had to wait (luckily not too long) for someone to bring the keys. See photo below of note inside the door of the apartment in the “quiet neighborhood”.
