הבית היה מרוהט עם כל מה שנדרש לשהות נוחה של משפחה. הוא גדול וחדש אבל רמת התחזוקה ירודה. בעל הנכס ענה להודעות והיה נחמד וניסה לעזור אבל במציאות נכנסנו לבית שלא היה מספיק נקי אחרי האורחים הקודמים וזה לא בסדר לקבל אורחים חדשים ככה.
רמת הניקיון היתה גרועה. לבריכה היה בלתי אפשרי להכנס. כשהגענו היו פחיות שתיה בקרקעית הבריכה. המשטחים בחוץ היו דביקים ולא נקיים. בעל הנכס שלח מישהו לנקות אבל הוא ניקה רק את קרקעית הבריכה. לא את כל שטח החצר. אח"כ ראינו שגם פחי הזבל בבית לא רוקנו בחלק מהמקומות. ומצאנו בקבוקי שתיה ריקים גם בשירותים. כדאי מאד שתחליפו חברת ניקיון. הם לא עושים את העבודה.
