PRIVATE Mtn View, POOL SPA! Firepit BBQ Primary Suite on main floor, 15 mn Strip

It was great

We had a relaxing 3 week stay at the property in March/April 2026. It is a beautiful, clean and spacious home that easily accomated my wife and I and our daughter and 2 grandkids. The living room was very comfortable for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. We enjoyed having a large dining room to have our meals together. All the bedrooms are fairly large with plenty of closet space. We loved having our morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the patio. The pool and spa were awesome! The spa warmed up quickly and felt great. The neighborhood is very quiet and is about 1 block away from a park with playground and large greenspace. The property also backs up to a wonderful walking trail but you have privacy as there is a 6 foot concrete fence surrounding the backyard. Renata, the property owner, was very responsive with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property. It was 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to the strip.

We moved to this vrbo after the one we were at was terrible! The host was very responsive and accommodating to help us and the rest of our trip was great!

I was at the house for 3 weeks so I had the opportunity to interact w/the owners a lot. It's important to know that there are alarms on the two doors that lead to the house into the backyard. These alarms are loud and go off everytime you open the doors. It is meant to be a child safety feature. We were not told about the alarm system so check in was a tad alarming. The downstairs bedroom is divine but in order to turn the Hot Tub off or turn the bubbles on it is all accessed through the closet of the bedroom so people had to come in and out. The beds upstairs are well worn and need to be replaced.I did love the quiet of the area, the pool and the hot tub are delightful. However the step into the hot tub is quite steep but we found some cinder blocks and made a stair for easier access. The owner and I disputed about an issue with the garage door and a sofa, they retrieved damages through an insurance policy they make guests purchase prior to renting and I was grateful for that. If you rent here I would definitely take pics of stuff before and after so you don’t get stuck with an unexpected bill. I’m certain the items that they said were broken did not happen during our stay. All in all Henderson is a great getaway fromThe hustle and bustle of Vegas and Red Rick NF is very close.
