This was my favorite spot to stay in Tokyo, I was in a couple different areas. It was extremely clean and spacious when compared to the average Tokyo apartment. The owner leaves some water in the fridge and eye packs which are appreciated. The place has everything you would need and is very close to a train station and a convenience store. Would highly recommend!
Only con is not having an elevator so you have to carry your luggage upstairs but it's not the biggest deal in the world.
