Fue ideal para una primera experiencia en Tokio. Muy cómodo tener un apartamento propio con todas las facilidades. Está muy bien ubicado para llegar a los diferentes barrios de la ciudad. Hay comercios y restaurantes en los alrededores.

Está ubicado al lado de una autopista, por lo que está algo ruidoso.

The location was closer to Roppongi, but made Shibuya reasonably accessible on foot or by bus. For the price, the accommodation was reasonable.

The key in the mailbox was very difficult to locate. I couldn't figure out which building or entrance I had to use to gain access. Virtually every evening when returning to my room, I found a group wondering around lost outside and had to tell them which building they were staying in, where the mailbox was and help them open it. The room itself was generally clean, but both the toilet and bathroom smelt very bad. The toilet floor was marked and dirty, and the bathroom sink still had small hairs over it, presumably from where a previous guest stayed. The worst problem occurred half way through my stay. I came back to find the fire alarm blaring telling me to evacuate. No one else seemed to evacuate and calling the number provided on Booking yielded no response. The person who answered the ALSOK number near the entrance told me the building contract had expired. Eventually I managed to get in contact with the owner via message over Booking, but the person who came to help seemed to have no idea how to stop the alarm. It was muted but flashing for the remainder of my stay. To make matters worse, the fire department knocked on my door after midnight, and I had to explain the situation to them.
