Owners were great. Very responsive.
A little cramped and exceptionally hot upon arrival; although I do think this is standard. A/C is not on upon arrival and temps are very high right now. Just be prepared.

宇野港まで車で10分ほどとアクセス抜群で、観光の拠点に非常に便利な立地でした。
敷地内に駐車場が1台分あるだけでなく、徒歩2分の場所にタクシー会社があるため、すぐに車を手配できて移動には全く困りません。近くにコンビニやスーパーもしっかり揃っています。
チェックイン等は無人ですが、室内にはオーナーさんのこだわりが随所に詰まっており、地元の名産品が置かれていたり、これまでのゲストの方々の温かいメッセージが残されていたりと、人の温もりがじんわりと伝わってくる最高の空間でした。
利便性も居心地の良さも妥協したくない方に、心からおすすめしたいお宿です。またぜひ利用させていただきます！
宇野駅から車を使わないといけないので、少し離れている点です。
レンタカーやタクシーを使う前提であれば全く問題ないと思います。

Very beautiful house in Japanese style. Elegant design and attention to detail. Great beds and bathroom.
Tama is a place that has seen better days, to put it mildly. Still the place is well located for visiting the art islands because of convenient bus connections to the Uno Port.

We stayed at this house for one night only, but even in that short time we could clearly see how good it was. The house was excellent — very clean, new, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay. Everything inside was thoughtfully arranged, and overall the property made a very positive impression on us.
The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the center and we had to use a taxi to get there and back, which made transportation a little less convenient for us. Apart from that, everything else was really great, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
