River View Cottages

The accommodation is on 2 levels with an open plan lounge area which is well furnished and has a large tv sited on the wall opposite the sofa. It was plenty big enough for the two of us. The kitchen which backs on to the lounge was spotless and extremely well equipped with dishwasher (which we didn't use), coffe machine, microwave etc. The bathroom was a good size with an excellent large walk in shower. The fittings look new. The 2 bedrooms were downstairs and were very comfortable. From one of the bedrooms you could access a patio area overlooking the River Annan which would be lovely on a summer 's day. The electronic entry system worked very well and meant you didn't have to carry a key around when you went out. The location of the apartment was ideal - quiet but only yards from the main street in Annan where you can find many eateries, shops, small supermarkets etc.

Nothing really. Ideally not having the bedrooms downstairs which meant a trip upstairs to the bathroom but given the footprint of the whole apartment this is clearly not possible.

Easy access to the town centre Parking in designated parking adjacent to the property was well appreciated Inside the property was very modern very nicely presented and super clean in every room There was everything you needed in the kitchen !

There was quite an odour in the bedroom with the two single beds

Excellent location, quality of bedding and finishing touches was superb. The deck overlooking the river was great, so peaceful. We couldn’t have hoped for better accommodation to stay in Annan for a family wedding.
